3. ACCESSORIES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
Where ECTA applies, a customer may cancel an online accessory purchase within seven (7) days after receipt of the goods (subject to exclusions in the Act). Customers may be charged only the direct cost of returning the goods.
4. THERMOMIX® TM7 PRE-ORDERS OR PROMOTIONS (IF OFFERED)
Reservation deposits are accepted only during official Cookmate pre-order or promotional events (for example Black Friday). Deposits are refundable less a 10% administration fee if cancelled before delivery. Outside such events, full payment is required at time of purchase.
5. HOW TO CANCEL
To request a cancellation, email customercare@cookmate.co.za with your order number and reason for cancellation (where applicable). We may request additional information to verify your order.
