3. THERMOMIX® TM7 REFUNDS

3.1 Defective products (limited circumstances)

If a defect is verified within the statutory warranty period (where applicable), Cookmate will remedy the defect. A refund may be considered only where repair or replacement is not feasible within a reasonable time.

3.2 Change of mind

No refunds are permitted for change of mind once the appliance has been delivered.

3.3 Refund timing

Approved refunds (in the limited circumstances above) will be processed within fifteen (15) working days after Cookmate confirms receipt and inspection of the returned unit.


4. ACCESSORIES REFUNDS (ONLINE PURCHASES)

Where ECTA applies, cancellation within seven (7) days after receipt may entitle the customer to a refund. The direct cost of returning the goods may be charged. Refunds are processed via the original payment method where reasonably possible.
